How do I return an item?
Castalure Manufacturing Ltd. requires that all returned goods have a Return Authorization(RA) number assigned in order to receive credit on your account. Any returns without an RA number assigned and clearly marked on the carton will be refused. In order to receive an RA, please contact us. When contacting us, please have your account information, invoice number and a list of items damaged or missing from the delivery. Claims against damaged cartons are to be filed with the carrier. Your sales or service representative will assign an RA number that must appear in large clearly legible print on the carton and all returned paperwork.
Returns are to be shipped prepaid unless authorized or shipped in error. All goods returned will be charge a 15% restocking fee. For any shipping errors, or missing merchandise, customer service must be contacted within 3 days or all claims are void. Items shipped in error must be returned in their original state in their original shipping cartons. Items such as special orders, dropped shipped goods, must be returned to their appropriate manufacturer and not Castalure Manufacturing for warranty repair, credit or replacement.
